What can i do to let him stay?

 

Post this for me I need advice . I'm messed up rn.

My boyfriend and I have literally been betrothed to each other. That's what I'd say because for as long as I can remember, our parents have pitched us together as husband and wife . We officially started dating at age 13 and we're now 24.

We've attended the same schools throughout. Same classrooms and lecture halls. During our tertiary days, we lived together. His parents got us a self-contain apartment around Agbogba and we lived there throughout and shared the same bed throughout.

Due to my Dad's links, we were posted to the same place to do our national service and as usual, we lived together.

Ff to this day.

We live together at his parents’ house and they're amazing. The entire family loves me. Even the extended family. Everyone knows me and each member of my family knows him as well. But the thing is, he wants to further his education outside the country . I'll do mine later. He'll be leaving soon and for the first time, I'm scared .

I've never been without him, and I don't know how it's going to be like. He's my best friend and the only one I talk to. I trust him but I'm scared. I'm tempted to tell him to wait so we go together and bag our master’s together later but with the way he's eager to leave makes me feel like something is up.

I don't want to come between him and his plans but deep down I wish there was a way to stop him from leaving and I've started going crazy with thoughts to stop him.

My anxiety is acting up in ways I never knew it'd be possible.

I’m tempted to do something crazy just to make him stay and wait so we leave together 😪 . I have told him about waiting for me and he feels this is the right time for him to do it.

I am going crazy guys. I'm starting to have Insomnia and it's messing with my thoughts and I'm getting delusional with several ideas.

I have messed up BIG TIME

 So I am in a relationship. We've been together since 2022. Nice dude, everything fine, you know. I thought sex life too was fine until he travelled.  He went away briefly(8 months).
