Will be off in less than 5 years and I'm in a relationship which has lasted for almost 2 years, my boyfriend knows nothing about my health, I want to tell him but feel I will be a burden on him.....I'm thinking of breaking up that way my death won't be a pain to him but on the other hand I can't cause I love him and don't want to break his hurt but I feel guilty dating him knowing I'll break his heart in a few years😔

 Dear King, "There have been this girl who likes me so much we became friends in level 100 second semester currently i am in level 300 she gives me everything when i am in need , on many occasion that i treat this girl bad but she never keeps up she keeps on saying she likes me so there is no way this attitude i give her will push her away , buh my problem is she is ugly and i am not interested in her ,i think she knows but she always say she will fight she will win me one-day. I have messed up BIG TIME

 So I am in a relationship. We've been together since 2022. Nice dude, everything fine, you know. I thought sex life too was fine until he travelled.  He went away briefly(8 months).
