Did I do the right thing?

I need your opinion on this please.

I’m a landlord’s son and my dad’s been having some misunderstandings with this tenant cos he doesn’t like how she dresses half-naked at home. The compound is divided though but she is on the upper floor of the building so we still see her. We actually talk a lot (the tenant and I). She has told me about her man In Ghana (let’s call him A) but didn’t mention the main man who is outside the country (call him B). She made me believe all she had was because of A not knowing its B who’s been taking care of all that.

 This year, some people came asking for a room but I told them none were available, but they insisted on taking my dad’s contact for further enquires so I gave them mine instead. One morning I got a text from B reminding me he was the one who sent those people to come and ask for the room. (Atp I didn’t know B was dating my dad’s tenant). Still on the same room issue, he insisted on talking with my dad, but dad refused to speak with him until he (man B) asked If I knew the tenant (let’s start calling her X). Dad became interested and spoke with him. Man B said X owes 2months rent and he called to pay for her.

Man, B in the conversation, wanted to know more about what was going on with X coz he has heard rumors, so I decided to tell him all I knew. I went on to tell him that he shouldn’t marry X because I’ve seen her going out to guesthouses and clubs with some other tenant at home. I was wrong about that though but turns out X confessed about having an affair and sexing with man A in the room he (man B rented).

I feel bad cos in a way I ruined X’s relationship with man B but I sometimes see that she deserved it because she was hurting man B. She already had a son, but man B overlooked that. Man A on the other hand had two wives and was also abusive so I don’t understand why she still went ahead to cheat on man B with him. Man B was even the one who took X through her school and all. Yet she still decided to cheat on him with an abusive man? Sigh.

What should I do?

I have messed up BIG TIME

 So I am in a relationship. We've been together since 2022. Nice dude, everything fine, you know. I thought sex life too was fine until he travelled.  He went away briefly(8 months).
