Know who your REAL friends are

  I am so emotional right now. Please bear with me. I want to pull my heart out. I met this guy at a party that I went with a friend. So the guy came to me and collected my number. He was so good looking, honestly. Exactly my type. We spoke for some time and things went on well. I'm currently working. My mom is in Finland and my dad is normally busy, so mostly I'm alone at home (live with Just my cousin and the gateman). I was so happy we were talking because he kept me company most of the time.

Not knowing, this was all planned by the girl I went to the party with so the guy will use me and spend my money. I did the best I can for this guy. He told me his rent was due so I helped him. My dad literally gives me anything I want so anytime he wants something, I try my best to give. He had a friend that I got to know of when I went over to his place one time but we didn’t really talk. That day I brought my guy some gifts… his favorite perfume and other stuff.

That friend of his texted me that night saying my guy gave him my number( I was happy atp cause I felt he told his friends about me). Y’all should watch the kind of friends you keep. It’s difficult to find a real friend when you got  a lot to offer. Most people only stick around you cos of what they get from you. No real love. Sad reality.

So he asked me if I loved my guy. I said yes cos I even told my mom about him and that I know things will go well. Then this guy said he wants to tell me something and he will oly if I promise to not tell my guy. I agreed. He sent me a voice note they were having in group chat.my friend was even in that group I guess. In the voice note my guy was calling me stupid… fat… he said what will he even do with a fat girl if not for what I have. And that how can I(that’s me) be dating someone and be spoiling the person if I’m not stupid. They all laughed, and my friend was even part so I just couldn't believe cause I couldn’t just accept all this friend of his sent.

He told me that if that’s the case, I should get a new SIM card, so he adds me to the group chat. I did that and he added me. So now in the group, the guy(my bae’s friend) brought a topic saying he’s also gotten a dbee oo and that he’s caught a big fish. Then my boyfriend replied saying is she also stupid like Caro? (he was referring to me). He didn’t know I was in the group. I was hearing everything. The way this guy laughed at my body? He body shammed me. I am really fat I know but saying it in a group with lots of people? Even if you didn’t like me, what did I do wrong for all this? So I just removed myself from the group.

He's friend texted me saying he exposed them cos he really liked my vibe the first time he saw me and that they(my guy and my friend) have other plans against me so now the decision is in my hands.

This girl(my friend) that I do everything for… ever since we have been friends, she hasn’t  evengiven me a dime. And this is how she repays me? Sometimes she even asks my mum for money and she’s sorted out. I don’t even know what to do!

I have messed up BIG TIME

 So I am in a relationship. We've been together since 2022. Nice dude, everything fine, you know. I thought sex life too was fine until he travelled.  He went away briefly(8 months).
