Should I proceed to propose or not?

I really like this girl and she seems to like me too.

The thing is, anytime she brings up the issue of not having money and I brush it off to avoid billing, she starts acting weird.

If I had money, I'd give her or sort her out but for now, I'm broke. Yeah, I'm broke for now.

I have plans I haven't discussed with her yet. I haven't told her about it. I'm just studying her till it happens.

We're in the talking stages though.

I really like her but with this acting up, do y'all think she's all about what I have to offer financially?

I have messed up BIG TIME

 So I am in a relationship. We've been together since 2022. Nice dude, everything fine, you know. I thought sex life too was fine until he travelled.  He went away briefly(8 months).
