Caught by Loyalty and Morality

I have this friend of mine who is dating a well to do guy. Infact the guy is a doctor. But this my friend is cheating on him. According to her, the guy does not satisfy her. 

I feel like it is wrong because the guy literally goeson the ground for her. I honestly want to inform the guy about it but I feel like it is betrayal or something. It really hurts me to see her doing this to an innocent guy and I in the end, have to cover up for her anytime the guy is suspecting her.

 I would not like my brother or any other guy to go through this. What do I do?

I have messed up BIG TIME

 So I am in a relationship. We've been together since 2022. Nice dude, everything fine, you know. I thought sex life too was fine until he travelled.  He went away briefly(8 months).
